It's a gloomy day and I really needed a little pick me up. Coffee is my favorite mood enhancer, so I made some Pumpkin Spice Coffee Shakes.
My go to brand is Door County Coffee &Tea Co. and for this I used their Pumpkin Spice.
I wanted my shake sooner rather than later so I made the pumpkin mixture and then popped it into the freezer for about 30 minutes. I added it and the remaining ingredients into the blender and used the milkshake setting.
I topped it with a little whipped cream and then a few sprinkles of pumpkin spice over the top.
