    Sausage Pancake Muffins

I'm going savory for this month's Muffin Monday! I snagged some breakfast sausage on sale and got bored eating them as is so I went searching on the Taste of Home site for ways to use them and I found Lisa D's Sausage Pancake Muffins.

    Fried Ice Cream Bars

Have you ever had fried ice cream?  It's one of my favorite desserts to order when we visit our local Mexican food chain and I've even made it at home before.

    Pesto Buttermilk Dressing

The #DairyMonth celebration continues today and so does my pesto fixation!  It's one of my new favorite ingredients and today's recipe is Liz B's Pesto Buttermilk Dressing from Taste of Home.

    Berry Cream Popsicles

June is National Dairy Month and this week some foodie friends and I will be sharing lots of recipes to celebrate. I'm kicking things off with one of my favorite cool treats, popsicles!

    Strawberry Lemon Scones

I'm wrapping up #BrunchWeek with an item that love to eat but rarely make, scones.  I'm not sure why I don't make them at home, they're really easy.  I found Jacqueline H's recipe for lemon blueberry drop scones on the Taste of Home site but it's strawberry season here so I used those.

    Tipsy Iced Coffee

I hope you're enjoying #BrunchWeek so far, I know I am! I am a huge fan of iced coffee, I drink it pretty much year round.  I didn't think there would be a way to improve on it, but then I found this Tipsy Iced Coffee on the Taste of Home site.

    Chicken Pesto Pasta

Welcome to #BrunchWeek! We've been shifting our weekend schedules more in the last year and that's pushed our first meal of the day sort of out of the breakfast time period and more into a brunch one. I've been testing out some recipes and one of my favorites is this Chicken Pesto Pasta.
